A pipeline
An event, a queue, a worker, and a table. The design includes what happens when the same message arrives twice, so a number does not change on the way from where it was recorded to the person who uses it.
A knowledge assistant
It answers from documents you provide, and it can show where the answer came from. Tools it may call are named up front. A person checks the work before it is treated as final.
